Yes, if your student ID is still valid or has just expired. For example, a student ID from winter semester 2018/19 will be accepted at registration, but one from summer 2018 or earlier will be rejected.

There are usually more submissions than slots available so based on the program committee's ratings, we always have to reject some sessions. If your submission isn't accepted we will give you a 20% discount code for your ticket.

You can resell your ticket and there are usually plenty of thankful takers to be found. You can also make a cancellation (however you will have to pay cancellation fees).

If you want to change the name of the ticket owner and make sure they get a printed name badge with their own name, please send an email to event@newthinking.de. It must include the ticket number and the name and email address of the new owner.

Changing ticket owner names is only possible until May 24, 2019. Afterwards, we won’t be able to change the original name on the ticket. However, you can still sell or give your ticket to someone else. Please also note that it is up to you and the new recipient to work out your own payment method.

A ticket is only valid for one person and cannot be shared.

No, you can download your ticket as a .pdf at the end of the check out process. You also receive a confirmation email with the ticket attached to it. Please print it out or save it on your mobile phone to present at the registration desk.
